For Indian Embassy option the following steps are involved
Process No. 1
- Notary from Advocate, India
- Home Department (Mantarlaya), India
- Ministry of External Affairs (MoEA) India attestation
- Indian Embassy, Qatar
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), -Qatar
Delivery Time for first three steps: 8 -10 Indian working days
For Qatar Embassy option the following steps are involved
Process No. 2
- University
- Human Resources Department (HRD), India
- Ministry of External Affairs (MoEA) India attestation
- Foreign Affairs department in Qatar Embassy, India
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Qatar
Delivery Time: 25 -60 Indian working days (working days depends on time taken by university to verify the certificate)

- Original Certificate
- Photocopy (Xerox) Mark sheet
- Photocopy (Xerox) Passport
- 2 passport size photographs.
