Procedure:
Reviewing the application and finalizing the legalization procedure will be completed within a period ranging from one to five minutes depending on the number of applications, if the application was valid and complete with all required signatures and seals. The Department (Certificate completion Service) has international documents submitted by some reviewers and is under-represented in the country from which the document is issued. The Department shall secure such documents, communicate them to the country concerned, ratify them from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country, if necessary, and ratify them by the Qatari Embassy, and return them to the State of Qatar, and ratify and hand them over to the State of Qatar.
