Al Shamal beaches ready to reopen on July 1

Doha: Al Shamal Municipality has cleaned and made all necessary preparation at the beaches, which fall under it, as they will be reopened for visitors from July 1, 2020 as part of the second phase of gradual lifting of COVID-19 restrictions in Qatar.
The beaches will be reopened following the preventive and precautionary measures to curb the spread of COVID-19, said the Ministry of Municipality and Environment in a statement.
Intensified campaigns were launched to clean and prepare Al Shamal Corniche, Al Ghariya Beach for Family, Al Murona Beach, Al Jasasiya Beach, Aba Zaluf West Beach, Fuwirit Beach for the reopening.
