NORKA Apostille Attestation

For personal documents like birth/death/marriage certificates, Affidavits, Power of Attorney, etc. following steps are involved. Stamping from:

• Home/General Administration Department, Kerala
• Ministry of External Affairs (MoEA) India attestation
• Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), -Qatar

Delivery Time for first two steps: 8 – 10 Indian working days

For educational documents like degree, diploma, matriculation and secondary level certificates etc. , following steps are involved. Stamping from:

• Regional Authentication Centres of NORKA-ROOTS
• NRK Development Office in New Delhi
• Ministry of External Affairs (MoEA) India attestation
• Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Qatar

Delivery Time: 8 – 10 Indian working days (working days depends on time taken by Regional Authentication Centres to verify the certificate)
